【概要】
Global Automotive OEM who has a dealer network with more than 5000 dealers worldwide are currently using various of Dealer Management System and most of them have / have not limited integration with its OEM systems caused manual works, inconsistency, unnecessary mount of management cost. This project is to build / implement a platform to support data exchange in btw DMS and OEM worldwide to resolve the current pain points. The platform will be built by India vendors and implemented into 20+ countries worldwide. As Global PMO is role is to
1) support client to define the roadmap, approach
2) facilitate the discussion with local market on planning, budget, activities
3) control the vendor to ensure quality, delivery within the timeframe and budget
